Velma brings 26 years of experience in the insurance industry, 25 of them with TSM Insurance, and is a trusted member of the Personal Lines team. She is tri-lingual in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, allowing her to serve a diverse client base with clarity and care.

Velma is licensed in Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance and specializes in auto, home, umbrella, life, and hard-to-place coverage. Her deep knowledge and long-standing agency experience enable her to guide individuals and families toward coverage solutions that truly fit their needs.

Her commitment to excellence has been recognized within the industry, earning Best Insurance Agent (Bronze) in 2024 and Silver in 2025. Known for her reliability, personal touch, and dedication to client service, Velma consistently delivers thoughtful solutions and builds lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Velma is deeply family-oriented. She is a wife and mother of four and enjoys cheering on her children at soccer, swim meets, and water polo games. A proud Portuguese-American, she loves attending Festas and celebrating her heritage, and she especially enjoys the holiday season—decorating Christmas trees being one of her favorite traditions.
