Tony Miligi

Tony is the Chairman of TSM Insurance and has been a cornerstone of the agency since acquiring the firm in 1981. His vision, leadership, and commitment to client-focused service laid the foundation for the organization’s long-term success and reputation in the insurance industry.

Under Tony’s leadership, TSM Insurance grew into a respected, full-service agency built on integrity, relationships, and trust. In 1990, his son Guy Miligi joined the agency and now serves as President, proudly continuing the family legacy and guiding the firm into the future.

Tony is known for his steady leadership style and the strong relationships he has built with both clients and team members over the decades. His emphasis on collaboration, loyalty, and professionalism continues to influence the culture and values of TSM Insurance today.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys staying active at the gym and spending time with the team he considers extended family. He is also a proud grandfather to four grandchildren, and his dedication to both family and the TSM organization remains a driving force behind the agency’s ongoing success.
