Tom Chiarchianis

Tom Chiarchianis is a Broker on the Commercial Lines team at TSM Insurance and brings nearly four decades of experience in the insurance industry. He began his career in 1985, working alongside his father at Delta Agencies, and has built a long-standing reputation as a trusted advisor to businesses of all sizes.

Tom’s career reflects steady growth and adaptability through industry change. Following Delta Agencies’ merger with Davis and Associates Insurance Brokers in 1991, he continued to refine his expertise until the firm was acquired by TSM Insurance Services in 2021, where he now contributes his deep knowledge and client-focused approach.

Tom specializes in habitational and apartment risk management, commercial lessors risk, restaurant and food service coverage, commercial auto insurance, and workers’ compensation. His thorough understanding of these complex sectors allows him to craft tailored, strategic insurance solutions that protect businesses, properties, and long-term operations.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and visiting Sonoma County’s wine country. A fun family fact is that his mother’s maiden name has three different spellings within the family; Huntalas, Hountalas, and Hontalas, reflecting a rich and diverse heritage. His approachable nature, attention to detail, and decades of expertise make him an invaluable member of the TSM Insurance team and a reliable partner to his clients.
