Mikayla Kroeker

Mikayla serves as the Receptionist at TSM Insurance and is the friendly first point of contact for clients and visitors. She brings a warm, welcoming presence to the office and plays an important role in supporting both clients and team members throughout the day.

Organized and personable, Mikayla is always ready to assist with scheduling, inquiries, and day-to-day office needs. Her positive attitude and willingness to help contribute to a smooth and inviting office environment.

In addition to her role at TSM Insurance, Mikayla is also an entrepreneur and runs her own spray tanning business, combining her interest in beauty with a strong work ethic and business mindset.

Outside of work, Mikayla enjoys staying active and embracing unique challenges. A fun fact about her is that she has been driving in demolition derbies since the age of sixteen, reflecting her adventurous spirit and determination. Her outgoing personality and dedication make her a great addition to the TSM Insurance team.
