Lindsey Bigelow

Lindsey is an Account Manager on the Personal Lines team at TSM Insurance and has 10 months of experience in the insurance industry, including eight months as a Personal Lines assistant. She supports clients with policy questions, updates, and coverage changes related to home, auto, and umbrella policies.

Currently pursuing a business degree, Lindsey brings a strong service-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn to her role. She specializes in personal lines insurance, assisting clients with day-to-day service needs while ensuring coverage details remain accurate and up to date.

Prior to joining the Personal Lines team, Lindsey served as a Receptionist, where she built a solid foundation in customer service and communication. Her background also includes five years running her parents’ coffee, deli, and bakery shop, which strengthened her ability to manage customer relationships and support a fast-paced business environment.

Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys reading and baking and is a certified CPR instructor through the Red Cross. Her positive attitude, dependability, and genuine desire to help others make her a valued member of the TSM Insurance team and a trusted resource for clients.
