Robert is a Broker on the Employee Benefits team at TSM Insurance and has been in the insurance industry since 1999, bringing 27 years of experience as of January 2026. He works closely with businesses to design benefits programs that support long-term growth, cost control, and employee retention.

Robert specializes in level-funded, self-funded, and captive insurance solutions, providing strategic guidance tailored to each organization’s goals. His consultative approach and strong communication skills allow him to clearly explain complex funding arrangements and help clients make informed decisions.
