Randy Clark

Randy has been in the insurance industry since 1971, bringing over 50 years of experience as an independent insurance agent, producer, and former insurance firm owner. He currently serves as a TSM Attaché, continuing to share his deep industry knowledge and trusted relationships with clients and the community.

Randy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oregon and has earned the prestigious Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation. He specializes in commercial insurance and farm accounts, providing thoughtful, experience-driven guidance built on decades of hands-on expertise.

A Partner at TSM Insurance for more than 25 years, Randy’s contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, including his induction into the Nationwide Insurance Hall of Fame. He is respected for his leadership, professionalism, and long-standing commitment to ethical, client-focused service.

Outside of work, Randy is an avid sports fan with a special love for golf. He and his wife, Sandy, have been married for 54 years and share a close-knit family with three children and six grandchildren. For more than five decades, Randy has been deeply involved in community service, serving on numerous nonprofit boards and making a lasting impact throughout the Modesto area.
