Elizabeth is a Commercial Lines Account Manager at TSM Insurance and has been part of the insurance industry for three years. She supports clients by managing day-to-day service needs, processing policy changes, and ensuring coverage details remain accurate and up to date.

Elizabeth brings 20+ years of experience in the service industry, including 13 years in the medical field, which has shaped her strong work ethic and client-first mindset. She holds an Associate of Arts degree and is a Certified Medical Assistant, providing a disciplined, detail-oriented foundation to her work in commercial insurance.

She specializes in commercial lines and farm accounts, where her organization, reliability, and attention to detail are especially valued. Known for delivering impeccable customer service, Elizabeth has served as a lead trainer in previous roles, demonstrating her ability to support both clients and teammates with consistency and professionalism.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time at the beach, cheering on the Rams, and making memories with her husband and two boys. One of their favorite traditions is attending games at the Oakland Coliseum to support the A’s together. Her upbeat attitude, leadership mindset, and dedication make her a valued member of the TSM Insurance team.
