Kim has been part of the insurance industry since 1990 and brings over 30 years of experience to her role as an Agent at TSM Insurance. She joined TSM in March 2021 after owning and operating her own independent insurance agency for nearly three decades.

Kim holds an Associate of Arts degree in Agriculture Business and an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration. She specializes in farm and ranch insurance and is known for delivering one-on-one customer service, building strong relationships, and providing personalized coverage solutions tailored to her clients’ unique operations.

Her career includes serving as a Customer Service Representative from April 1990 to December 1992, followed by ownership of her own agency from December 1992 through March 17, 2021. During her time as a principal owner, Kim earned the Presidential Award of Excellence for seven consecutive years (2007–2013), reflecting her commitment to service and professional excellence.

Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her daughter and caring for her horses. Her deep industry knowledge, independent agency experience, and client-first mindset make her a valued member of the TSM Insurance team and a trusted resource for farm and ranch clients.
