Amy Mobley

Amy Mobley is a Personal and Commercial Lines Agent at TSM Insurance’s Redding office, bringing 33 years of insurance industry experience and a broad, solution-oriented perspective to her clients. She joined TSM Insurance in 2023 through the acquisition of Arrowhead Insurance Agency, where she spent over 20 years serving clients and leading agency operations.

Amy began her insurance career in 1992 while earning her Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from Humboldt State University and has remained in the industry ever since. She specializes as a personal and commercial lines generalist, allowing her to support a wide range of client needs across multiple industries and coverage types.

Throughout her career, Amy has built a strong track record of consistently finding solutions, even in complex or challenging situations. Her most significant leadership role includes 22 years as an agency branch manager, where she developed deep operational knowledge, client advocacy skills, and a practical approach to coverage strategy.

Amy has pursued advanced professional education, earning the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 2002, which she continues to maintain, as well as the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation. Known for embracing challenges and creative problem-solving, she can often find a way to insure even the most unique risks. Outside of work, Amy enjoys creating glass art and spending time with her children at their sports and activities.
