The Leaders

TSM Insurance & Financial Services has served Central Valley residents for over 80 years.

Through several agency acquisitions and mergers, TSM has grown to be one of the largest independent agencies in the valley.

In 1967 Doug Tourtlotte  joined Art Powell and Don MacRitchie of Powell Insurance Agency.  In 1980 Tony Miligi of Miligi & Associates merged with Powell Insurance Agency.  In 1981 Paul Smith joined the partnership and soon after the name was changed to TSM Insurance Agents & Brokers.

In 1991, Lowell and Randy Clark (formerly of Clark & Clark Insurance) came to join the team at TSM.

In 1991 the name was again changed to TSM Insurance & Financial Services, Inc.  as TSM ventured into the financial services market with individuals specializing in financial and estate planning along with group retirement accounts.

In 1999 Guy Miligi with 12 years experience in the insurance industry joined his father, Tony Miligi, along with Randy & Lowell Clark as the current principals at TSM.

And today, the leaders at TSM continue to instill the important characteristics and education to the over 20 licensed representatives so that the people of the valley continue to receive the best service possible.
